Folkstyle scrimmage wrestling format
Goal to get each wrestler to get 4 or more folkstyle scrimmage matches each session, sharpen skills and improve during the preseason. Seperate sign-up for each session you wishes to participate, no walk-ins.

2022 – 2023 school year: Freshman, Sophomore, Juniors & Seniors

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ~
Saturday Mornings:
July 20 & 27
August 3 & 10

WAIVER
$10.00/per wrestler CASH ONLY at the door

BRACKETING:
No weight classes, no weigh-in, honor system
ATTIRE:
Singlets, or shorts, t-shirt, wrestling shoes required, headgear optional
No school singlets

MODIFIED RULES:
Folkstyle: 3 - 1 to 1 1/2 MINUTE PERIODS
Any Fall will be brought to their feet to continue to wrestle

NO WALK-INS

**Must bring a completed waiver to the first session you attend**
